one month’s time, from working as an accountant to the owner of a
printing company, and moving from Denver to Lubbock and having our first
son born. |

three years for Goldfields Mining Company, were I started in corporate
accounting and was promoted to exploration controller. This position was
responsible for tracking 50 exploration projects in seven countries with
expenditures of nearly $50 million per year. |

Worked
for three years for Coopers & Lybrand, Denver, Colorado as a CPA.
Supervised and managed the Columbia audit (a $5 billion financial
institution, under a FSLIC assisted merger agreement), the City and
County of Denver, including the Water Board and the Airport, which at
the time was issuing over one billion dollars of bonds. |

Worked
three years for McGladrey & Pullen, a national accounting firm in
Cheyenne Wyoming, as a CPA, performing tax, review and audit work for
small to medium sized businesses and governmental entities. |

Reared
Rock Springs, Wyoming, attended public schools from kindergarten through
the University of Wyoming. Graduated with a degree in accounting in
1984. |
